Established in 2007, PNCI is an international consulting and project management firm, based in Bali and incorporated under the laws of Indonesia.
PNCI offer consulting services that enable conservation practitioners to do their work more successfully.
We draw on decades of experience from the frontlines of conservation in the tropics to help organisations strategize and operate effectively, and to carry out environmental monitoring and analysis. Our consulting services provide a rare blend of scientific and strategic expertise, supplemented with capacity building and the design of planning tools. Where necessary, PNCI can take on the full management and staffing of conservation projects. Through these solutions, we help bridge the gap between conservation strategy and impact.
